If you more detailed specifications about name-brand products we offer or your system configuration that are not outlined on this site, please refer to the manufacturer's website for more information.


ORDER STATUS Top

You can track the status of your order by going to our Order Tracking page on this site. If you have checked our order tracking page and the last scheduled arrival date for your order has passed, please contact our Customer Service at service@discountcompumemory.com.


ORDER CANCELLATION Top

In most cases, order cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of your order. If the order has not shipped, all shipping charges will be refunded. If an order has shipped out, unopened products can be returned for a refund with no restocking fee 7 days from customer receipt. To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service at service@discountcompumemory.com.


PRODUCT RETURNS Top

The return or exchange of product takes approximately 5 - 7 business days from the time we receive your returned product. We will send email to you, confirming receipt of the product and when the product return has been processed. If you believe we have had your product return in our possession for over 7 business days and you have not been contacted, please contact our Customer Service department at service@discountcompumemory.com.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT Top

Our most common technical support issue relates to incompatible memory. Please use our Memory Selector to identify the type of product that is most appropriate for your situation. Keep in mind that not all memory modules shown on a page will work for all systems. Be sure to verify that you have selected a memory module that matches the technical specifications provided on the page for CAS latency, Memory Density, Integrity Checking, Bus Speed, and Peak Bandwidth for your system or motherboard.

If you need to exchange your memory for a different module or obtain a refund, please enclose a copy of your invoice with an explanation of the problem. No RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or other pre-authorization is required.
